Shipping

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING over $99 to most countries world-wide including Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, China, Japan, and most of the European Union. 
If your country is outside of our free shipping zones then a flat rate of approx $30 AUD will apply.

 

All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours of them being received (except where stated as pre-order) and you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details to help you stalk the postie.

 

Public Holidays may interfere with these hours and times.

 

Express Shipping is available and you can select this option at checkout if you just can't bear to wait.

 

Please note that all orders are shipped from Buninyong, Australia.  We will happily send your purchase anywhere, however, additional tariffs, duties and taxes may be required by your home country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

 
Returns and Exchanges

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund. We would love to know why so we can continue to improve our products and the service we provide but you don’t need to give us a reason if you don’t want to.

 

The only conditions are that it must be within 30 days of your purchase (extensions can be arranged if there has been a delay with the shipping) and your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note, however, that 'change of mind' returns cannot be accepted in the case of sale or discounted items.

 

Please contact us at hello@harlequinbelle.com prior to returning your item so we know what to expect and your exchange or refund isn't delayed. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange either the exchange or the refund – whichever you prefer.

 

In the case of a refund this will be processed (from our end) via the original method of payment within 24 hours (please note that your payment provider may take longer to process the refund from their end).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

12 Month Warranty

 

All Harlequin Belle pieces are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply to stains, marked or torn leather, damage caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect or if you change your mind.

 

We may repair, replace or refund faulty items at our discretion.

Please note that proof of purchase may be required.

The Harlequin Belle warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.

 

Discounts and Sales

 

Please note that Sales and Discount Offers are only applicable to full priced pieces and any pieces already discounted (including those in The Outlet Store) are excluded from further discount offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
